Design and Analysis of Hybrid Generator Systems Hybrid generator system is an uninterrupted energy source consisting of a double-speed diesel engine, DC alternator, photovoltaic panels, wind turbine and battery bank and operating at 48VDC nominal voltage.
The system is designed to handle 1.5 kW average load and to operate at maximum efficiency under optimum operating conditions.
Considering the environmental conditions and the densities in the system, the system load varies, but the maximum working load is determined as 2.3 kW. The design was made based on the province of Antalya as the environmental conditions required for the system.
